Ecuatoriana has a different strategy than most of the Ecuadorian companies: our cacao comes from small grower’s associations from several zones of the country. These small growers owns between 1 to 15 ha., cultivating their cacao in harmony with a variety of tropical fruits trees typical for the biodiversity of Ecuador.
Faithful for our philosophy, we pay fair and premium prices for Nacional Arriba cacao, encouraging the growers to generate a great sustainable crop and ensuring we receive top quality cacao beans.
Our commitment with social programs is always a priority. We have worked with several local and international organisms and foundations, supporting the growers with technological and human resources to increase productivity and sustainability in their crops, as well as having a friendly environmental harvest.

Based on a semi-artisan process where we manually select the best beans for our productions, and going through a careful high technology process for roasting, refining and conching, we get the best aromas and flavors of the beans.
We only use ARRIBA FINO DE AROMA Ecuadorian cacao from different regions of our country, ensuring that in the process we obtain the best organoleptic profile for each origin. We are experts in taking care of the taste profile of each region, giving our costumers real Single Origin products and creating unique chocolates.
